masthead : the masthead is situated behind the main image and is a bright grey block font, however as the reader your attention is drawn to it due to the dark background. The font is almost 3D like to make it stand out from behind the main image. Colour scheme : the colours used within this front cover are simple and are repeated in a Z pattern to make the reader follow the headlines from left to right. cover lines and feature articles : in the bottom left corner the cover features an intro to an article with two different types of font to draw in attention. font types : the magazine uses a variation of font types for good readability and is quite basic as it is fairly square. main image: the main image is of the arctic monkeys who are an English rock band and relate to the genre of Mojo as it is a  magazine of high brand values and integrity.
